Once ordered, we will send you an envelope containing a folded free-post bag. Please pack your garment inside the bag and drop it at your local post office.

Once we receive your garment, we aim to complete the customisation within working 10 days. We will return the customised garment to you via a tracked service.

Della Yellow will send you email updates throughout the service, so you can track your garment's progress.

The size of the item will not change, for example, the waist band on a pair of jeans will have the same measurement when customised into a skirt. Similarly, the chest measurement on a jacket will be the same when customised into a vest.

Send a knitted jumper that fits you around the chest with a neckline you like, as these will remain unchanged. Any type of wool will work, including wool-blends, polyester, cashmere and merino. Please do not send very chunky cable knits or cardigans.
